About LexLearn Academy
Built on the belief that proof beats certificates.
LexLearn Academy is a product of Lexcodeit Technologies — a real software company, not an education startup. That distinction matters.
Our story
It started with a discovery.
While teaching at his church"s Skill Up Academy, Alexander Awunor discovered something he hadn"t expected — a genuine gift for making complex, technical ideas simple enough for anyone to understand.
Paired with his career as a Senior Full-Stack Engineer and founder of Lexcodeit Technologies, that discovery became a vision he"s held since 2024 — a real academy, built on the belief that technical education should be practical, honest, and built around proof of work.
LexLearn Academy is that vision, made real. First cohort: August 2026.
The founder
Alexander Awunor
Senior Full-Stack Engineer · Founder, Lexcodeit Technologies
Background in Electrical & Electronics Engineering. Technical experience spans full-stack web development, mobile app development with React Native, and multiple programming languages.
Currently building software products under Lexcodeit Technologies while running LexLearn Academy — teaching the same skills he uses in production, not skills he used to use.
What makes us different
Not a bootcamp. Not a YouTube channel.
Portfolio over certificate
Every module ends with something real — a live project, a working automation, a published document. Not notes. Not a badge. Proof you can do the work.
Honest about outcomes
We are not a job placement agency. No program can honestly promise you a job. What we promise is real skills and real proof of work. What you build with that is up to you.
Small, focused cohorts
15 students per track. Not a crowded lecture hall. Small enough that the instructor knows your name, your pace, and where you're stuck.
Taught by a practitioner
Not someone who once knew how to do this. Someone actively running a software company and teaching the skills he uses daily.
Live, interactive classes
Cameras on. Real-time teaching. Direct access to ask questions mid-session. Not pre-recorded videos you watch alone at midnight.
Dual-screen teaching
Live slides plus real-time handwritten walkthroughs — explaining concepts the way a whiteboard would, not the way a textbook does.
